Een persoonlijke missie, met duidelijk doel
Back in 2019, our founder noticed something troubling. Immigrants arriving in the Netherlands were drowning in language programs that didn’t match their actual needs. Textbooks that felt ancient. Classrooms where teachers lectured at you instead of working with you. No real connection between what you learned and what you’d actually say to your boss, your neighbor, your kid’s teacher.
We’re Inburgering Academie B.V., and we didn’t start this to build another generic language platform. We started because we believed there’s a better way. Language learning doesn’t have to feel like punishment. Integration doesn’t happen in isolation.
Today we’re helping over 500 people annually — immigrants from Syria, Poland, Ukraine, Vietnam, Morocco — build real Dutch language skills that stick. Not perfect grammar. Real communication. The kind that gets you the job interview, helps you understand the healthcare system, lets you actually participate in Dutch life instead of just surviving in it.

Diagnostiek en Plaatsing
We’re not throwing you into the deep end. First, we assess where you actually are — not where some test says you should be. Your current level determines your starting point, not some cookie-cutter placement algorithm.
Contextual Learning
We don’t teach you random sentences. You’ll learn Dutch the way you’ll actually use it — at the job center, in conversations with neighbors, navigating bureaucracy. Real situations. Real language.
Interactief Onderwijs
Our instructors don’t lecture. They guide conversations. You’ll speak from day one. Yes, you’ll make mistakes — that’s literally how you learn. We create a space where mistakes feel safe, not embarrassing.
Regelmatige Evaluatie
Every four weeks, we check your progress. Not to judge you. To adjust what we’re teaching if something isn’t working. You’re not stuck with the same material if you’ve already mastered it.
Inburgering Voorbereiding
When you’re ready, we prepare you specifically for the Dutch integration exam. You’ll know what to expect. You’ll practice the exact format. By test day, you won’t be guessing.
